Solve It Trading F.Z.E is a Free Zone Establishment incorporated under Amiri Decree No. 8 of 2021 (Free Zones Authority of Ajman). Registration / Licence No. 58407 dated 08/10/2026. Capital AED 100,000. Registered office: C1 Building, Ajman Free Zone, Ajman, UAE.
These terms apply to every order placed on this website. By placing an order you accept them.
Products and prices
- All products are genuine Laundor products imported and sold by Solve It Trading F.Z.E as the official UAE distributor.
- Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED). Delivery fees are shown separately at checkout. If VAT applies, it is included in the displayed price.
- We may correct pricing errors and update prices at any time. The price confirmed at checkout is the price you pay.
Orders
- Your order is accepted when we confirm it on WhatsApp or by email. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, the address cannot be served, or we suspect fraud.
- Please make sure your phone number and address are correct. Orders returned because of a wrong address or repeated failed delivery may be charged the delivery fee.

Using the products
- Follow the instructions on the pack. Patch-test on a hidden area first for suede, nubuck and delicate materials.
- Keep products away from children, eyes and open flame. The refresh spray contains alcohol and is flammable.
- We are not responsible for damage caused by use that does not follow the instructions.
Promotions and coupons
Coupons and offers carry the conditions stated with them, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn at any time.
Intellectual property
Laundor and its logos are trademarks of their owner and are used under our distribution agreement. The content of this website belongs to Solve It Trading F.Z.E and may not be copied without permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by UAE law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits the rights that consumer protection law gives you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Ajman. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably is referred to the competent courts in Ajman.
