Delivery
- We deliver to all seven emirates within 24 to 48 hours. Orders placed before 2pm ship the same day (Saturday to Thursday).
- Standard delivery is 15 AED. Delivery is free on orders of 150 AED or more.
- We confirm every order on WhatsApp before dispatch, and you receive a tracking link once the courier collects it.
- If nobody is available at the address, the courier tries again the next day. After two failed attempts the order returns to our warehouse.
Payment
Pay securely by card or Apple Pay at checkout. Tabby and Tamara instalments are available on orders over 1,000 AED.
Returns
- You may return unopened products in their original condition within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding delivery fees.
- Opened consumables (foam cleaner, spray) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are defective.
- Defective or damaged items are replaced or refunded in full, including delivery fees. Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery.
- To start a return, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we arrange the pickup.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7 to 14 days after we receive the returned item and go back to the original payment method (card, Apple Pay, Tabby or Tamara).
Cancellations
You can cancel free of charge at any time before the order is dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
