Solve It Trading F.Z.E (Solve It, we, us) runs this website and is the official UAE distributor of Laundor. We are a Free Zone Establishment registered with the Free Zones Authority of Ajman under licence No. 58407, with our registered office at C1 Building, Ajman Free Zone, Ajman, United Arab Emirates.
This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use our website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It follows the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).
What we collect
- Order details: your name, phone number, delivery address, email address, the products you order and the payment method you choose.
- Account details if you create an account: your login email and your order history.
- Messages you send us by WhatsApp, email or the contact form.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and cookies.
Why we use it
- To process and deliver your order, confirm it on WhatsApp and handle returns or refunds.
- To answer your questions and provide customer support.
- To send offers and shoe-care tips, only if you subscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To understand how the website is used so we can improve it, and to measure our advertising.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations in the UAE.
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed with the companies that help us run the store: delivery couriers and our fulfilment partner (name, phone and address), payment providers (payment status), and analytics and advertising platforms (technical data). We never sell your personal data.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to run the cart and checkout, and analytics and advertising cookies (such as Google Analytics and Meta Pixel) to measure traffic and campaigns. You can block non-essential cookies in your browser settings.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice data is kept for five years as required by UAE commercial and tax rules. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Technical data is kept for up to 26 months.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, to stop marketing messages, or to object to certain processing. Contact us on WhatsApp or by email and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
Your data is stored on secured servers and sent over encrypted connections. Payment card details are handled by our payment providers and are never stored on our servers.
